We can either mail all or some of the booklets for you.
(A minimum number of 200 addresses are required to use our Mailing Service)

How to use our Mailing Service:

First: Order the total number of booklets you need both for us to mail out and for you to keep.

Second: E-mail to us your mailing list (it must be in either Excel, Coma Separated, or DBF format) Send to: info@ideasinprint.biz .

Third: Decide if you want to send a letter (or note) with the mailing. You may either write your own or use one of the Letter templates (client database letter , new homeowner letter ) we have written for your use. Either your own letter or these templates may be personalized with each client’s name or sent generally to all your clients. If you want to use one of our templates, just tell us which one in your e-mail, and if you want it personalized, we can add your clients name at the start and put your name at the end.

NOTE: If you wish to write your own letter to be sent with the booklet and you want to send it electronically with your mailing list, it must be written in either Word or a Generic Text format.

Fourth: You may either send a copy of your letterhead with your business cards, or send it electronically with your mailing list. It must be a .pdf or .jpg at 300dpi or higher. (If you have specialty paper that you want us to use, mail us enough copies of it with your business cards.)

Fifth: Mail us the appropriate number of your business cards to be put on the booklets (include some extras) as well as the other things needed as mentioned above. Mail to: 6433 Sequoia Street, Rohnert Park, Ca., 94928.
