How to Customize Your Booklets
   

Cover

The front and back outside covers are customized in full color.
(You may add either black and white or color printing to the inside of the front and back covers for a small additional fee.)

You may use our design, add your company logo to it, use only your logo, or completely change the design. You may also add pictures and information in most any arrangement. We will work with you to create a marketing piece that is truly your own.

Inside Pages*

A total of eight pages (four in front and four in back of the booklet) are customized in black ink.
(Color can be added for an additional fee.)

* There are six pages customized (located anywhere in the manual) at the 10,000 unit volume.

 Some suggestions of useful information for your clients to have are:

  • Information about your company or agency.
  • Bios about your agents or company officers.
  • Offer advertising space to other companies you do business with.
    (Either for a fee or as a perk).
  • Credit rating information
  • Lending and mortgage information
  • Home selling and buying tips
  • Investment information
  • Neighborhood (city or county) information
  • Website information
  • Agent recruitment information

Die Cuts on Cover

You can choose to have four die cuts on the cover of each booklet to securely hold an agent’s business card. This keeps the agents name (and picture) in front of the client at all times. If you are purchasing the manuals only for yourself or for the company as a whole, you can choose covers without die cuts.


Whether standard or customized, the Home Owner’s Manual continually associates the company’s and agent’s name and image with the client’s home in a very positive and home-related manner. (Unlike most marketing products that are not associated with the home in any way.)

After you order the custom manuals, we will contact you concerning the information and formats needed for all customization.

Monthly Maintenance Tips

Along with your customized manuals, you will receive twelve e-mails of Monthly Maintenance Tips in Microsoft Word format (sent to you once a month).

They are designed to be sent to clients (or potential clients) each month to keep the Company’s and Realtor’s name in front of their clients and to remind them of some of the more common home maintenance chores of the season. This way you and your company is continually associated, in a helpful and positive way, with your client’s home until they are subconsciously linked automatically to any real estate help your client (or their friends and family) might need.

You may use them for new or existing clients. We do not regulate that you use them only for those clients for whom you purchased manuals. The tips may be sent on their own or added to any other client information that you already send out (i.e. monthly newsletters).

We will provide these tips each year after the first year upon your request. There is no cost and no requirement to buy additional manuals to receive these tips each year.
