These options are designed for companies and agencies when customizing booklets is desired.

Option #1- For those who provide marketing material to their agents

Simply place an order for the number of booklets you want and we will contact you to discuss all the customizing you want to include.

(The actual number of booklets printed can be changed until the final sign offs are made for customizing.)

Option #2- For those who need to track how many books go to each agent

The same as option #1, except we also provide you with order sheets to keep track of the number of booklets each agent gets. You will fill in the number of booklets to go to each agent. You can keep these for your own use or you can have us separate the allotments.

(If the booklet allotments need to go to different offices, we can send the correct numbers to each office and agent.)

Option #3- For those whose agents purchase their own marketing material

STEP ONE: We send you a sign-up sheet attached to a standard booklet (for your agents to view). Each agent puts his or her name, quantity of booklets desired, and their contact information on the form. When all agents have signed up, count the total number of booklets ordered to know what price range the customized manuals will be in. (You may add as many booklets to the order as you like in order to reach a lower price break.)

STEP TWO: Send us the sign-up sheet by fax or by mail, and we will contact each agent to confirm their order and get their payment information.

STEP THREE: After getting the agents’ payments we will contact you to arrange the customizing you want to include.

NOTE: We only need the minimum number of booklet orders paid to start customizing the booklet. Also, agents can continue to sign up until the final sign offs are made for customizing.
